Portfolio Guardian is an AI-powered investment monitoring and analysis tool. The Platform does not provide financial advice. All AI-generated analysis, alerts, recommendations, and signals are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security.
The information provided by the Platform, including but not limited to AI analysis, holding profiles, exit rules, buy signals, and stock analysis, is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
We collect information you provide (portfolio holdings, investment preferences, risk profile) to deliver the service. We also collect usage data to improve the Platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Platform uses Anthropic Claude AI models for analysis, classification, and content generation. AI outputs are clearly labelled with disclaimers. The AI does not have access to real-time market data beyond what is fetched by our automated agents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portfolio Guardian and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any AI-generated content. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.
Price data is retained for 90 days. Consent records are retained indefinitely and cannot be modified or deleted. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be required to review and re-accept the updated terms before continuing to use the Platform. Continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
